• Easy, there's so many way's you can join this program, the most basic way is go to google adsense webpage (www.google.com/adsense) and register there
• The second way is if you have a blogger.com account, you can just go to layout---->add gadget---->click the button adsense, this will automatically will link you to the registration page if you don't have google adsense account.
